Welcome to A-DeeperDive. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the A-DeeperDive website and related online services operated by A DeeperDive, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“A-DeeperDive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About A-DeeperDive
A-DeeperDive creates and hosts in-person experiences designed to bring people together for meaningful conversation, connection, and the exchange of perspectives. Each experience is referred to as a “Dive.”
Information about individual Dives, including topics, dates, times, locations, fees, and other details, may be provided on our website.
2. Eligibility
The A-DeeperDive website and Dives are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By registering for a Dive, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information on our website. However, Dive details, locations, schedules, hosts, programming, availability, and other information may change.
We reserve the right to update, modify, correct, or remove website content at any time.
Information provided through A-DeeperDive is for general informational and experiential purposes and should not be considered professional, legal, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice.
4. Registration for a Dive
Registration for a Dive is subject to the A-DeeperDive Participant Terms & Registration Agreement, which participants must review and accept as part of the registration process.
Submitting a registration form does not by itself confirm a participant’s place.
After submitting the registration form, the participant will receive a separate email containing a secure payment link. A participant’s place is confirmed once the applicable registration payment has been successfully received.
5. Payments
Payments for Dives are processed through a third-party payment provider, currently Stripe.
A-DeeperDive does not directly collect or store full payment-card information through its website.
Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and other participation-related matters are governed by the A-DeeperDive Participant Terms & Registration Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, designs, conversation materials, prompts, concepts, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to A DeeperDive, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written permission.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website in a manner that:
- Violates applicable law;
- Interferes with the operation or security of the website;
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or information;
- Introduces malicious software or harmful code;
- Infringes the rights of A DeeperDive, LLC or another person or entity; or
