This Privacy Policy explains how A DeeperDive, LLC, (“A-DeeperDive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, register for a Dive, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with A-DeeperDive.

When you register for a Dive, we collect the information requested on the applicable registration form.

As part of registration, participants may also be required to affirmatively accept the A-DeeperDive Participant Terms & Registration Agreement.

We may retain records associated with that acceptance, including the participant information associated with the submission, checkbox acceptance, submission date and time, and other available registration or audit information.

Payment does not take place directly through the A-DeeperDive website.

After registration, participants receive a separate email containing a secure payment link provided through Stripe.

Payment-card information is submitted directly to the payment processor. A DeeperDive, LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We may receive information related to the transaction, such as confirmation that payment was completed, transaction status, amount paid, and information reasonably necessary for accounting and registration administration.

At launch, A-DeeperDive plans to use Google Analytics to better understand general website traffic and usage.

We are not currently planning to use advertising or remarketing pixels at launch.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional or operational communications related to a registration or Dive.
