This Privacy Policy explains how A DeeperDive, LLC, (“A-DeeperDive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, register for a Dive, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with A-DeeperDive.
1. Information You Provide to Us
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- First and last name;
- Email address;
- Information submitted through a Dive registration form;
- Responses to questions such as what interests you about a particular Dive;
- Communications you send to us; and
- Other information you voluntarily choose to provide.
Registration forms are currently facilitated through Formidable Forms.
2. Dive Registration Information
When you register for a Dive, we collect the information requested on the applicable registration form.
As part of registration, participants may also be required to affirmatively accept the A-DeeperDive Participant Terms & Registration Agreement.
We may retain records associated with that acceptance, including the participant information associated with the submission, checkbox acceptance, submission date and time, and other available registration or audit information.
3. Payment Information
Payment does not take place directly through the A-DeeperDive website.
After registration, participants receive a separate email containing a secure payment link provided through Stripe.
Payment-card information is submitted directly to the payment processor. A DeeperDive, LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
We may receive information related to the transaction, such as confirmation that payment was completed, transaction status, amount paid, and information reasonably necessary for accounting and registration administration.
4. Information Collected Automatically
When you use our website, certain information may be collected automatically, such as:
- Browser type;
- Device type;
- Operating system;
- Approximate geographic location derived from an IP address;
- Pages visited;
- Referring pages or websites;
- Date and time of visits; and
- Information about interactions with the website.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies that help the website function, understand how visitors interact with it, and improve the user experience.
At launch, A-DeeperDive plans to use Google Analytics to better understand general website traffic and usage.
We are not currently planning to use advertising or remarketing pixels at launch.
If our use of cookies, analytics, advertising technologies, or other tracking technologies materially changes, we may update this Privacy Policy and our consent practices as appropriate.
6. Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors interact with the A-DeeperDive website.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser information, and general website interactions.
Information collected through Google Analytics is also subject to Google’s applicable privacy practices.
7. How We Use Information
We may use information we collect to:
- Process and administer Dive registrations;
- Communicate with participants;
- Send payment instructions and registration information;
- Confirm participation;
- Contact participants before a Dive;
- Provide information about upcoming Dives;
- Respond to questions or requests;
- Operate and improve our website and experiences;
- Understand general website usage;
- Maintain appropriate business and registration records;
- Protect the security and integrity of our website and operations; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
8. Email Communications
We may send operational communications related to a Dive for which you have registered. These communications are separate from general marketing communications.
If you separately subscribe or consent to receive marketing communications from A-DeeperDive, we may use Mailchimp or another email service provider to deliver those communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those messages.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending transactional or operational communications related to a registration or Dive.
9. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that assist us in operating A-DeeperDive, including providers supporting:
- Website hosting;
- Registration forms;
- Analytics;
- Email communications;
- Payment processing; and
- Other necessary business operations.
Current service providers may include WP Engine, Formidable Forms, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Stripe.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect our rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction involving A DeeperDive, LLC.
We do not sell personal information for money.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including registration administration, business recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect personal information.
However, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Your Choices
You may choose not to provide certain information, although doing so may prevent you from registering for or participating in certain A-DeeperDive experiences.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in those messages.
You may also contact us regarding questions or requests concerning personal information you have provided to us.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services.
Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review those policies when interacting with those services.
14. Age Requirement
A-DeeperDive Dives are intended for adults age 18 and older.
We do not knowingly solicit registration information from children under 18 for participation in a Dive.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations.
The “Last Updated” date will identify the most recent revision.
