At A-DeeperDive, each Dive is thoughtfully curated from the topic we explore to the experience we create.

On The Conversation page, you can explore upcoming Dives and choose one that speaks to you or maybe even one that does not. Sometimes stepping into a conversation you know very little about can lead to the most unexpected discoveries.

When you register, we will ask you to share a little about yourself. Before the Dive, we will give you a quick phone call to introduce ourselves. It is our hands-on approach to know the people who will be joining us.

You do not need to know everything about the topic or have the perfect thing to say. Just come curious and willing to engage, listen, and share.

Once we are together, the group will introduce ourselves, settle in, and begin. Each Dive follows a thoughtfully prepared menu of conversation designed to guide us through the topic, but there is no script. The conversation might be fun and light, thoughtful and unexpected, or even a little uncomfortable at times. We let the room take us where it takes us.
