Who will be at a Dive?
Every Dive has its own mix of people and personalities, which is part of what makes each one different. Group size may vary from Dive to Dive depending on the experience and attendance. All Divers must be 18 or older.
Where are Dives held?
Locations may vary from one Dive to the next. We choose spaces that complement the conversation and experience we’re creating. You’ll find the location details on the Conversation page for your Dive.
When should I arrive?
Plan to arrive about 10–15 minutes early so you have time to get settled. Your Dive will begin at the time listed, so arriving on time is important.
Do I need to prepare?
Not at all. Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to join the conversation.
Is there a dress code?
No dress code here. Dress in your own style and in whatever makes you feel most like yourself.
Can I bring a guest?
Each person attending a Dive must register in advance. We’re unable to accommodate additional guests or walk-ins who have not registered.
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes. We will have light bites and refreshments to enjoy during the Dive.
What about accessibility?
Because our locations may vary, accessibility can vary as well. If you have an accessibility need, please email us before registering so we can provide information about the specific location and do our best to accommodate you.
Will photos be taken?
We may capture a few moments from time to time to share on our social channels and website.
What happens after I click “I’d Like to Join”?
We’ll follow up by email with a secure payment link. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
What if my plans change?
We understand that things come up. Because space is limited and each Dive is thoughtfully planned around the people who confirm, the location, and the experience, registrations are final and non-refundable. A lot goes into preparing each Dive in advance, so please be sure the date works for you before confirming your place.
If A-DeeperDive needs to cancel a Dive, registered Divers will be notified and refunded.
One last thing?
Come as you are, bring your joy with you, and have fun as you engage in inspiring and thought-provoking discussions, with a diverse group of persons, cultivate new friendships and see where the Dive takes you. That’s really the goal!
